Take home some delightful dangly earrings or a pendant/necklace that you’ll make. Learn basic metal preparation, bending, hammering, texturing, cold connections, and how to make findings like ear wires, jump rings, clasps, or bails. Lynette will guide you through developing skills with tools and how to develop your own original and unique jewelry. Common tools, copper and silver sheet and wire, and equipment will be provided for your use in class.

Instructor Bio:


Lynette Fast is an active artist and art educator. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Education degree from University of Nebraska, Lincoln and continued
many graduate hours of study in art and education at Doane College and University of Nebraska. Lynette's jewelry is meticulously engineered from materials that personally speak to the artist and wearer. The materials dictate the design of items ranging from natural to discarded man made objects. Fast is an accomplished artist who has exhibited work in juried competitions and group shows and has work in galleries and private collections across the world.
