This junk journal workshop will provide a unique and fun opportunity to blend personal reflection with creative expression. It’s a space where meaningful words and beautiful designs come together. You will learn how to create your own junk journal, receive all the crafting supplies you’ll need, and experience the pure, healing joy of crafting. You'll also hear how crafting and creativity can improve our mental health daily.
